Handbook of Quality Control

Written by an established expert in the field, the purpose of this handbook is to provide a practical, one-stop reference on statistical quality control (SQC) and statistical process control (SPC). The focus is on the tools that a practitioner may need to apply to his or her product or process. It is intended to be a comprehensive collection of the SQC/SPC tools and their associated methods, written at an accessible level. The handbook will provide a quick and convenient reference or "refresher" on ideas and methods that are useful for practitioners (including Sig Sigma devotees). Students can use it as an introduction to and/or summary of key concepts. Plentiful references will be supplied for the more motivated readers. Theory is presented when necessary, and always supplemented by hands-on examples.
