The aim of this collective work is to question the relationship between food and health in their information-communicative dimensions. The link between food and health is an "ancestral" issue, and it is not so much on the evidence brought to light by historians and food sociologists that we wish to insist on the way in which information and communication are convened.
In a context where food is increasingly being addressed as a public health issue, it will be a question of studying the information practices of food-conscious consumers or of professionals concerned with nutrition, analyzing the circulation Discourse in public space, forms of editorialization, dissemination and use of information, communication strategies of actors, sometimes contradictory, on food for health or on health through food.
