Remapping British Art and Architecture, Volume 2

Re-Mapping British Art and Architecture is a unique textbook that will survey the main developments, artists/ architects, forms and issues in British art of the period c800 CE -2000 CE. It will be divided into four sections each of which will be led by a specialist editor and principal author whose chapters will be complemented by those written by the leading researchers in the field.

This well-illustrated book is intended for a general educated-but-non-specialist/ undergraduate/ MA/ audience (not necessarily in that order). It will capitalise on the extraordinary growth in British art studies over the last decade or so, both in the UK and abroad (principally the US) and will aim to be the paperback textbook of choice.
